1. Introduction

Welcome to National System LLC in partnership with X-Perience. By registering for our AI Workshop, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your participation in the workshop, including registration, payment, and refund policies.

2. Registration & Payment

• Registration for the workshop must be completed through our official website: https://learn.national-system.com/.
• Participants must provide accurate information, including full name, email, phone number, and university details.
• Payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in the workshop.
• Payment confirmation will be sent via email once the transaction is successful.

3. Workshop Access & Participation

• Registered participants will receive details on how to access the workshop, including schedules and materials.
• Participants must not share workshop content, materials, or login credentials with others.
• Any participant found violating these rules may be removed from the workshop without a refund.

4. Refund Policy

• Full Refund (Minus 30%): If a refund request is made more than one week before the workshop start date, the total amount will be refunded minus a 30% administrative fee.
• No Refund: If a refund request is made less than one week before the workshop start date, no refund will be issued.
• Cancellation by Organizer: If National System LLC cancels the workshop for any reason, participants will receive a 100% refund.
• Fawry responsibility is limited to payment collection. For any related issue please contact us.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All workshop materials, including presentations, documents, and recordings, are the intellectual property of National System LLC and X-Perience.
• Participants are not permitted to copy, distribute, or resell any content from the workshop.

6. Code of Conduct

• Participants must engage professionally and respectfully.
• Harassment, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate removal without a refund.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal information collected during registration will be used for workshop purposes only, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data for communication and workshop administration.

8. Changes to These Terms

National System LLC reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and at any time, with any such modifications taking immediate effect upon being published on our official website and communicated, where applicable, to all registered participants.
